Consideration of oil well interference when solving control problems for well operating regimes
Yu. Redutskiy, Gubkin Oil and Gas Univertity When solving an optimization problem of choosing oil wells production regimes it is necessary to consider hydrodynamic interaction of oil wells as a significant feature of the technology. Applying finite difference method to solve the problem of fluid filtration in oil-bearing bed is one of the ways to model well allocation. Using modern highperformance computers we can program a versatile algorithm that could be applied to solving the problems in question for oil pools of any geometrical shape and heterogeneity properties.
