The paper analyzes the management structure оf large vertically integrated oil and gas company. The standard structural production management scheme that considers a full-featured integration of gas field facilities distributed control systems and enterprise information and management systems has been developed. The paper puts forward the conceptual model of Industry 4.0 implementation for Russian oil and gas industry enterprises in modern conditions. Taking into account the specifics of the facilities the paper looks at the Digital Twin technology based on the single integrated constantly updated six-layer model that includes regulatory background information, design and estimate documentation (in electronic form), graphical layer of facility representation, engineering data, mathematical models and online data obtained from distributed control systems as the basic one. The anthropomorphic approach to the Digital Twin technology implementation using innovative technologies, including AI, high-performance computing, Industrial Internet of Things and Big data allow to increase safety of the systems. The presented conceptual model is applicable to the majority of oil and gas companies. The Concept of the Digital Twin technology implementation within the unified information space of Gazprom Group has been developed and approved оn its basis. Taking into account the Russian Ministry of Energy's program Digital Energetics the information from the Enterprise cloud can serve as a data source for the State information system for the fuel and energy complex. It is also advisable to organize online interaction with the company»s customers for timely management of gas supplies and payments using smart contracts and track the level of satisfaction with the supplied hydrocarbons and products of their processing. It is desirable to use the results of online monitoring to determine the areas of development and adjust the methods of calculating integrated performance indicators. The proposed model is the basis for development of concepts, requirements and design solutions for setting up enterprise information and management systems for the oil and gas industry.
