Gazprom PJSC has been developing and implementing a modern technical condition and integrity management system (TCIMS) of gas transmission network (GTS) facilities since 2009. The use of the TCIMS for the linear part of main pipelines (LPMP), whose methodological framework consists of calculation forecasting mathematical models of technical condition, reliability and technology-related risk which enables one to centrally create long-term programs on diagnostics and repair of pipelines that ensure reliable and safe operation of the GTS, has been implemented on a commercial scale since 2014.
The article presents the main provisions and methodological solutions of the developed TCIMS, the peculiarities of the most labor-intensive process of initial data collection required for the calculation of technology-related risk indexes. The life style stages of the main result of the TCIMS – long-term CIMS LPMP programs (Programs) with a more detailed description of their creation and modeling of scenarios of achieving the target values of technical condition and integrity indexes, are reviewed.
The current results of the implementation of the CIMS methodology at GTS’s facilities at Gazprom PJSC and further actions on the development and enhancement of the TCIMS, are demonstrated.
