The methodology of accounting, analysis and evaluation of the quality management system (QMS) processes effectiveness establishes the procedure for the monitoring of quality management processes, cross-functional team (CFT) work and the processes economic analysis.
The methodology is aimed at minimizing the financial costs by reducing the non-productive expenditures. The methodology is based on the principle of minimizing the complexity of the calculations of expenditures for the processes quality based on focusing on the identification of processes and their basic elements that have the greatest impact on overall costs and objectives achievement, rather than on specific precise calculations.
QMS processes effectiveness evaluation results are necessary for information support of the Company’s management, when taking management decisions that in the best way meet the strategic goals of the Company.
The economic model of functional processes and the basic elements allows implementing the principle of process approach within the integrated management system for the efficient management of operation and resources, as well as for improving the Company’s operation. Accounting and analysis of expenditures for each functional process is performed in accordance with its structure based on the classification of specially accounted Company’s expenditures.
To assess the processes effectiveness the current performance criteria of the integrated management system (IMS) are used. CFT is created to assess the effectiveness of the functional processes and their base elements in Giprogaztsentr JSC. Methods of “brainstorming”, calculation, cost management, and etc. are used in CFT work.
Figures obtained from the accounting, financial and economic departments, as well as the processes functioning results and compliance with the products quality, the costs for eliminating inconsistencies and other figures received from IMS management department (MD) from Giprogaztsentr JSC QMS Review report are the initial data for analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of the quality management processes.
Calculated useful, additional, unnecessary costs, as well as costs for eliminating the inconsistencies are the process monitoring results. When evaluating each category costs for analyzed operations the direct and indirect costs for the period under analysis are determined separately. The indicator of “Production meetings” process base element – “Planning the production of scientific and technical products (STP)” process – is efficiency coefficient.
Top management can make management decisions based on the evaluation of the processes, improvement activities and expected results of improving the processes basic elements effectiveness.

PRODUCTION AND ENERGY CONSERVATION
This article gives an analysis of the trends in the innovative energy-saving technologies development based on the use of renewables at Gazprom JSC and shows that the Company carries systematic work on the application of power plants at the technological facilities with autonomous sources for linear and remote consumers - wind generators, solar generators, geothermal generators, low-grade heat generators.
Currently Gazprom PJSC has developed recommendations, which are aimed at forming a unified approach to the determination of the energy saving potential of Gazprom PJSC process facilities for gas, condensate and oil production, in transportation, underground storage and processing of gas, condensate and oil. These recommendations provide the opportunity to determine the maximum reserve of energy efficiency at Gazprom PJSC process facilities by replacing non-renewable energy with renewables in the overall energy consumption balance
The article considers the issue of development and introduction of new multi-functional separation equipment with liquid entrainment less than 5 mg/m3 without use of filter elements and the possibility for gas flows pumpless flushing.
The importance of considered issue related to the change in the initial conditions of operation of the majority of gas and gas condensate fields in Russia and strengthening of the requirements of the gas transportation subsidiaries of Gazprom PJSC to the efficiency and reliability of designed and reconstructed process equipment is justified.
Some design features for creating the domestic and foreign separation equipment are considered.
Conclusions regarding the possibility of further modernization of similar separation equipment are made.
