The article presents the results of the practical implementation of the decision support method for managing diagnostics, maintenance and repair of vibration control systems for gas compressor units at Gazprom transgaz Nizhny Novgorod LLC. The organizational chart for the management of diagnostics, maintenance and repair is proposed. The actual problem of meeting reliability requirements during use of a vibration control system is considered, which helps to prevent physical damage and avoid expensive repair of gas compressor units. One of the ways to solve this problem is to use a high-quality system for diagnostics, maintenance and repair of equipment. Modern concepts of diagnostics, maintenance and repair of industrial equipment rely directly on its current technical state. A model is proposed for describing the technical state of the object on the basis of the indices of a technical state, which allows to reduce the dimension of parameters in multicriteria analysis for decision making in the management of diagnostics, maintenance and repair. The main problem in this process is the choice of priority objects, the question of the comparability of objects among themselves and their ranking. Decision support is based on the technical state ranking of the facilities. Further research is dedicated to application of automated data processing for implementation in problem-oriented control systems and decision-making, to improve equipment reliability, management efficiency and overall production culture level.
