(THE EXPERIENCE OF APPLICATION OF COMPLEX TECHNOLOGY OF TUBING CLEANING INNER SURFACE FROM ANY TYPES OF DEPOSITS DURING REPAIR)
The paper considers hydromonitor method of solid deposits removal, first of all salts and asphaltene-resin paraffins, from inner walls of tubing, as well as design features of different types of nozzles, including rotary hydromonitor nozzle with pulsating jets. The operating principle of hydromonitor cleaning at the tubing repair base is described, the results of pilot tests conducted by Samaraneftegaz JSC in two stages in the operating mode at the tubing repair site of RN-Remont PNO LLC are presented. It was noticed that the application of the improved design of the rotary jet nozzle due to providing of the pulsation of jets and creation of cavitation effect at the flow of water through the nozzles leads to a significant reduction of the total percentage of tubing rejection due to the increase of efficiency of its cleaning from clogging. Thus, this technological solution significantly reduces the required annual pipe procurement volume, which contributes to optimisation and cost reduction.
